Our Elementary Program (K-5) is located at Marshall Elementary.

Requirements for our Elementary Program (per student enrolled):

  • Volunteer 2 1/2 hours in the classroom each week
  • Attend all general membership meetings and classroom meetings
  • Participate in 2 field trips per year
  • Volunteer for at least 1 committee


When you make the choice for your child to attend MCEP you will be asked to sign a Parent Participation Agreement making a PACT to:

Participate in monthly parent meetings and classroom meetings.

Attend two field trips per school year.

Commit to volunteering 2½ hours of service in the classroom each week.

Take an active role in school business through parent council and committees.
